Sweet Themes Bakery can help you create a wedding cake that will reflect your style and personality on your special day. We will work with you and within your budget.
There are many things to consider when you are thinking about your wedding cake. Here are a few questions to consider when you get started:
- How many people will the cake(s) serve?
- Will someone pick up the cake or do you want it delivered?
- Does my wedding venue have a list of approved vendors?
- Will the cake be indoors or outdoors?
- Will the caterer cut and serve the cake?
- What is the earliest the cake can be brought to the venue?
Wedding Cake Tasting & Consultation
Wedding Cake Consultations can be scheduled in advance and take place at Sweet Themes Bakery or by video/phone call. A cake tasting appointment in person will include up to 5 cake flavors, 5 fillings, and 3 icings. If you are unable to attend in person, a cake tasting box can be prepared for you to pick up.
Wedding cake consultations are offered by appointment only.
The cost of a cake consultation is $40 and includes the tasting box. Up to four people may attend the consultation. You can expect to spend 30-60 minutes discussing your wedding cake.

Ordering a Wedding Cake
Custom wedding cakes are priced based on their size, level of design detail, and construction of a tiered cake. Additional fees may apply should you request specialty flavors or fillings based on seasonal availability.
Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed. You will be contacted via email or phone to discuss the information provided or to clarify what is included in the order request. A consultation is not required to place an order for a wedding cake.
Pictures that you can share are always helpful. We will review all of the details and provide you with a quote.
If you decide to move forward with Sweet Themes Bakery, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
Payment
Payment can be made online via invoice, over the phone or in person. Charges may apply for processing ACH and credit cards.
Cancellations and Refund
Should you need to cancel your custom order, we will work with you to choose an alternate date or provide a store credit. Please call the bakery if you find yourself in this situation.
