Custom Cupcakes and Mini-Cupcakes
General Information
At Sweet Themes Bakery, we consider it a privilege to bake cakes from scratch using quality ingredients. Our house buttercream is made daily with real butter.
The price of cupcakes will depend on the size and level of detail requested. . We also consider the materials and supplies needed to pull the design together and transport the cake.
Base Price for one dozen regular sized cupcakes: $55/dozen.
Base Price for one dozen mini-cupcakes: $36/dozen (min. 2 dozen)

What are the decoration options?
We have a very talented and creative baking team that can design a cake with the information you provide. Decoration options include but are not limited to the following:

*We encourage customers to bring in purchased cupcake toppers and design items and we can place them on the cake for you. Must be provided at least 24-48 hours prior to order pick up.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, complete and online order request form. Most cupcake orders require at least one week’s notice depending on size, design, and flavor options. We will review the request, ask for clarification or additional information, and then provide you with a quote. We encourage customers to ask questions, provide specific details and send us photographs of cupcakes that have the features you are looking for.
Once a cupcake quote has been provided, an invoice will be sent for payment upon receipt.
Payment
All custom orders require payment in full in order to be confirmed and placed on our schedule. Payment can be made online via invoice, over the phone or in person. Charges may apply for processing ACH and credit cards.
Cancellations and Refund
Should you need to cancel your custom order, we will work with you to choose an alternate date or provide a store credit. Please call the bakery if you find yourself in this situation.
