Custom Sugar Cookies

Custom designed sugar cookies perfect for making any day special – birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, anniversaries, corporate events, grand openings and more.

All of our sugar cookies are made fresh to order, hand rolled, cut and decorated. Cookie shelf life is 3 to 4 weeks. If purchasing for a later event, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.

We greatly appreciate pictures of cookies that have the design details that you are requesting. It will also help us provide you with an accurate quote.

Custom cookies take time, so please allow a minimum 1 to 2 weeks (7-14 days for ordering), depending on availability on our calendar and quantity ordered.

1–4 dozen custom cookies: Minimum 1 week notice

5+ dozen custom cookies: Minimum 2 weeks notice

Photo Edible Images

We are able to create photo edible images for placement on cookies, cakes and cupcakes. Photographs or logos are printed images on edible sugar paper using edible ink from an ink jet printer. Images will be printed “AS IS” from the .jpeg file(s) provided by the customer. If image is not provided, we will use decorator discretion for an image that aligns with your decorating request. Colors may vary from the original picture(s) when printed from ink jet printer.

Packaging

Cookies are carefully placed together in a box to be presented at your discretion and are not stacked on top of each other. If you need your cookies packaged, please let us know. Additional charges apply for individually packaging cookies.

Allergy/Special Ingredient Requests

Even though we are a specialty bakery that takes custom orders, we do not offer bakery items that are gluten-free, sugarless, dairy free, egg free or vegan. Sweet Themes Bakery produces bakery goods that use flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, peanuts and/or tree nuts and we do our best not to cross contaminate work surfaces. However, if you are concerned about any type of allergy, we strongly advise against placing an order.

Payment

All custom orders require payment in full in order to be confirmed and placed on our schedule. Payment can be made online via invoice, over the phone or in person. Charges may apply for processing ACH and credit cards.

Cancellations and Refund

Should you need to cancel your custom order, we will work with you to choose an alternate date or provide a store credit. Please call the bakery if you find yourself in this situation.

Filling out the order quote form does not commit you to ordering nor confirms your order. Once your quote form is received Sweet Themes Bakery will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. Orders are not confirmed until details are verified, a quote is given and payment is received. We do not offer refunds, only In Store Credit will be given. Credit amount will depend on when the order has been cancelled prior to your pickup date. When you book an order, we decline other orders. When you cancel your order, it results in loss income just to accommodate your order.

If you did not receive a message from us then your order form did not go through for processing and it will need to be resubmitted. We will contact you to verify your order details and to make payment arrangements with you. Prices subject to change without notice.
