    Delivery is available only for orders $150+ (not including delivery fee) with minimum one week notice if available. Delivery available from Downtown Seattle to North Tacoma, East to Issaquah. Delivery fee will apply and is based on delivery destination. PLEASE NOTE: Some one must be available to accept delivery. Food will not be left unattended. We allow 15 minutes of wait time for recipient to accept delivery.  We will call you to let you know what is going on, so please be available to answer your phone.

 In case of non-availability of recipient at the time of delivery there will be no refund. We will leave a door notice to let the recipient know that a delivery was attempted. Repeat delivery will incur additional charges if our schedule allows or recipient can pick up the order at Sweet Themes Bakery during business hours.

    Filling out the order quote form does not commit you to ordering nor confirms your order. Once your quote form is received Sweet Themes Bakery will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. Orders are not confirmed until details are verified, a quote is given and payment is received. Designs, icing color(s), decorations, sprinkles, etc. may vary. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, only In Store Credit will be given. Credit amount will depend on when the order has been cancelled prior to your pickup date. When you book an order, we decline other orders. When you cancel your order, it results in loss of income just to accommodate your order. Orders must be picked up during normal business hours. We are not responsible for items not picked up at the date and time requested.
  • Note: Please check your email inbox for an automated response confirming your order form was received by us. If you did not receive a message from us then your order form did not go through for processing and it will need to be resubmitted. We will contact you to verify your order details and to make payment arrangements with you. Prices subject to change without notice.
