With a lot of hard work and sweet inspiration, our Chief Cookie Officer, Alison, is ready to turn up the heat and launch a storefront enterprise! Just like her gorgeous cookies, the shop will be “made from scratch” so an official opening will not be until early spring 2012. The shop is located in downtown Kent, Washington, but needs interior construction to transform it into the bakery of our dreams!
In addition to our custom designed sugar cookies, Sweet Themes Bakery will be offering coffee, tea, and a wide range of sweet and savory baked goods for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and special treats. What would YOU like to see on the menu?
Online cookie ordering is still available during construction, but may be limited due to the busy nature of cooking up a business venture. Stay tuned for more updates on our sweet new adventure!

I’m excited to hear about your new venture! I was wondering if you will consider offering sweets on a stick – like a brownie pop, cake pop, cookie pop?? When I go to cupcake shops, I often just buy their small cake “pops” and my kids just love them!! Looking forward to your new shop!!
Thank you for your suggestion, Debbie! We’ll make sure the Chief Cookie Officer and our pastry chefs take it into consideration. For sure we will be offering just-right-sized sweets to allow for indulgence without the guilt.
I would love to see birthday parties. What could be more fun than decorating a cookie bouquet and then getting to eat it!
Please make baby cupcakes with frosting…
Looking forward to the opening!
I wonder if you will be offering any cookies for those with allergies. My daughter is allergic to milk and eggs!
It would be great to be able to surprise her with some treats that we didn’t have to make ourselves.
Good luck with your store!
Congratulations and Good Luck with your store! I have enjoyed your cookies and can attest that they are awesome!
Congratulations! I have friends who would love a gluten-free cookie, if you want to add that to your “customer” wish list:)
Congrats! Wish I lived closer as I’d stop in and have some coffee and cookies when you open.
